Everyone has an estate that needs clean outs...even our founders!

Four score and seven years ago or so they say it….our Declaration of Independence was signed 242 years ago and it just so happens that 3 of the signers were from Anne Arundel County.  Charles, Carroll, of Carrollton has an estate and garden that is still located in Annapolis Maryland.  It is home to 3 generations and a found father and is one of the most historic estates in Annapolis.

Over the past 300 years it has seen a ton of footprints and is finally ready for a restoration.  Estates can hold lots of secrets, as well as treasures! One can only imagine what they will find when they start the estate clean out process to get ready for the renovations.

Old coins, notes, toys, family valuables are only a few that can be found in an estate clean out.  Who knows- maybe they will find something in the estate that they didn’t even know existed while doing the clean out.  Or if you are lucky they will donate some of the content and you will stumble upon it at your local Goodwill.

Not only will they be cleaning out the estate in the process of resorting the estate, they will be sprucing up the garden with new landscaping.  Home staging will also be an important part of the restoration so that when the doors reopen to the public the estate will look good as new- or as good as it did 300 years ago!
